Beautiful, vintage 1920s, 1930s item. German made cast metal or lead reindeer lying down next to a hand painted container that was probably used for toothpicks. Can be used as a decorative desk book and as it is flat on the back. Wood appears to be Syroco wood but not 100% sure. Please see photos for a better visual description of the item.
