The Rothschild Birds Dinnerware is one of Herend’s most iconic and historic patterns. Originally created in 1860 for the Rothschild family of Europe to thank them for their patronage.
Handpainted for Herend Hungary and is numbered 6080/RO 10-A
On-line research shows much higher prices (see last pic). My lower listing price is due to breakage on the lid of a vine as seen, next to last pic. It does not diminish the beauty or functionality of the piece.
